Kendall Elementary school last day of school basketball game

This is daddy's school he taught at for 12 years!  We came to surprise everyone and hang out while daddy played basketball.  This is my daddy's principle, Lena, who was also daddy's 4th grade teacher!  We were super excited to meet everyone (and watch daddy play basketball with all the kids).

Me with Kim, Jenny, Lena and Veronica - all friends who taught with daddy
Andrea, Artis, Clarissa and Amy and ME!
Me hanging out with daddy and all his friends!
Daddy playing basketball!  Those other kids are good!  I wonder when I will be big enough to play with daddy?

Do you think daddy is showing off?

2 Month check up

Well....this is my 2 month check up appointment with my parents and my doctor, Dr Jamie.  I am getting big aren't I?  The only thing about this appointment which makes me sad is my next appointment is my 4 month appointment and it won't be with my doctor and friend Dr. Jamie. :(
Mommy says Dr Jamie will come to visit me though in Colorado, which is where we are moving to.

Hey, guys, it's cold in here without any clothes on...can we please hurry this up!!!

I am done with this.  I have had shots and I don't have any clothes on!  Stop taking pictures, please, and cloth me then I will smile my normal smile....

Going away party and final Illinois bye-byes

This is a special picture of Cousin Barbara Rendall...Grandpa Ballantine has a Cousin George Rendall and this is his daughter.  This was the first time Mommy, me and Barbara ever met.  My great grandma Ballantine had a sister with the last name of Jenkins who married Mr Rendall.  Their son is George Rendall.  We were really grateful to spend this time with our extended Ballantine side of the family.

Hanging with friends at the BBQ...these people are all sure fun!  I hope I get to know them for a long time!!

These are my sports medicine friends...Carson Kluetz (in the front with his mommy) and I are about 2 weeks apart in age!  Pictured above is:my good friend Melissa, the Jaworski girls (Grace and I share the same name), my doctor and friend Jamie Chioni, The Kluetz Family and the Donahue family.  This was really awesome to be with all of them!  Mom says they are forever friends!

This is mommy with our very special friends: Melissa, Carrie, Sara, and Grace (who I share my name with)
This is mom's special good buddy and mine, Cindy Sorlie.  Mom says they have been friends since they were like 10 years old or something.  Mom says I need to make sure to cherish friendships like this because they don't cone along very often and are very previous.  Mom and CIndy skated together for years and traveled together.  I am looking forward to growing up with her as my special friend too.
This is part of the Gudauskas family (minus 2 of their other boys)...Michelle was still pregnant here with their fourth son!

Geez, being a party host is really exhausting!  I had a great time though and I really appreciated everyone that came to see us off on our new adventure!
The Lollino and Wheatley families....mommy has been friends with Nicole and her parents since she was in Jr High school.  Nicole went to college with mommy and daddy and she married one of daddy's roommates, Jack.  They have three kids who I look forward to playing with through the years.  This is a special picture to me and mommy and daddy.
These are my really neat friends, the Goffs.  They have two little girls too who mommy says they have watched grow up.  I really want to play with them as I get bigger.
Mommy and daddy said this is really another special picture with the Thomas family.  Ben and daddy were freshmen roommates and mommy was with them with Lucy was born.  This is another example of the wonderful friendship family I have been blessed to be born into.
This is the Ballantine side of the family: Cousin Jane Rendall, mommy and Cousin George Rendall.  I wish my Grandpa Ballantine could have been there.
Mommy says Tony is like her big brother so I guess that means he is my very special UNCLE!  I really enjoyed spending time with him.  (So much I spit up all over him!)
The day after the bog party...this is me taking care of Gadget. Mommy says he is my puppy.
These are my special friends Peyton and Kennedy Colegrove.  The girls brought their mommy and daddy over to meet me.  Mommy and their mommy, Danielle, worked together at Northwestern.  Mommy says she is really sad to leave this family behind.  But she said they are going to come visit together as a family, which makes me happy too, because I liked spending time with them.

This is my Great Aunt Kathy.  I really liked sitting in her lap.  This is also Charlie, Great Aunt Kathy and Great Uncle RR's doggie.  She is really sweet.
Aunt Kathy is good at holding me and helping me to fall asleep.  This is just days before we left for Colorado.  Below is me and both Aunt Kathy and Uncle RR.

This picture below is my Uncle Steven and Auntie Andrea....this is the Skype call when they told me that I am going to have a friend to play with.  Auntie Andrea has a baby growing in her tummy, just like me!  Uncle Steven and mommy said history is going to repeat itself because they grew up together and now me and their little baby can also grow up together.  I'm pretty excited about that.  I also get to meet Uncle Steven and Auntie Andrea later when they come to visit us in Colorado.  The last time I was with them I was still sleeping in mommy's tummy!
